As for beneficiaries’ feedback, from Dewe Woreda/District Mohamed Bodaya high School girls’ club social media group member, who is Ekeram Kassahun Ademsaid that, as per my opinion, publicized role models speeches and working with female mentors are important that enhanced pastoral girls’ participation and reducing their retention and drop-out rate. Therefore, we had been working with female role models, female teachers’ mentors, and including community mobilisers in order to improved girls’ motivation and aspirations by showing us what we can achieve by ourselves and made it easier to discuss our outstanding/ hot issues and educational problems.  Moreover, ensured to pastoral girls’ participation we have consulted those pastoral adolescence girls’ within internal decision making process through the importance of girls’ education advocacy campaigns, reproductive health, and mentorship programs. As a result, we made a great contribution for those dropping-out pastoral girls’ returns back to school through a direct face-to-face consultation with their parents with a joint collaboration of clan leaders, Kebele char persons, Woreda/District girls’ forum,   and newly elected local girls leaders in this educational calendar year.
